Change your dates without losing your trip

How moving a booking works, and the cut-offs that matter.

Move once, free

The first date change on any booking is free when you make it more than 30 days before departure. You pay any difference in price if the new date costs more; if it costs less, we credit the difference.

Inside 30 days

Within 30 days, suppliers are already committed, so a change is handled as a cancellation and rebooking under the booking terms. We will always show you both numbers before you choose.

Change the trip, not just the date

You can also switch to a different route entirely. Same rule: outside 30 days it is a free swap, inside 30 days the cancellation ladder applies.

How do I request a change?

Email hello@joyotour.com with your booking reference and the dates you want. We confirm availability in writing before anything is final.

What if the new date is not running?

We will offer the nearest departure, a different route, or a full credit note.
