What our trips involve physically, and how we adapt them.

What our trips involve

These are walking trips. Expect several kilometres a day on uneven ground — medina lanes, temple steps, sand and cobblestones. Some days involve early starts for prayer or a sunrise flight.

We say this plainly because it is the single most common source of disappointment in group travel, and it is fixable if we know in advance.

How we adapt

Tell us at booking what you need — mobility, stamina, dietary, prayer space, anything — and we plan around it: ground-floor rooms, step-free routes where they exist, a slower pace, and rest built into the day.

Wheelchair support is available at the Haramain on our Umrah+ trip. On other routes we will tell you honestly what a destination can and cannot do.

This website

The site is built to be navigable by keyboard, uses visible focus states, respects reduced- motion settings, and keeps text contrast above WCAG AA. If something here is hard to use, tell us at info@halaltours.net and we will fix it.

Can someone with limited mobility join a trip?

Often yes, with planning. Tell us before you book and we will tell you exactly which days can be adapted and which cannot.

Do you carry mobility equipment?

No. Bring what you need; we arrange the route, the rooms and the pace around it.
