Questions people ask before they book

Group size, halal food, solo travel, visas and what happens if plans change.

Before you book

Groups are capped at 16 travellers, 12 on average. Around 60% of travellers join solo and over half are women — you can room with someone of the same gender or take your own room for a supplement.

A deposit secures your place and the balance is due before departure. Travel insurance is required on every trip.

On the trip

Every included meal is halal, prayer times are in the daily schedule, and the group is alcohol-free. Mosque stops are written into every day.

International flights are not included, but everything inside the country is — transfers, internal flights where the route needs them, guides and the entrance fees listed in the itinerary.

If plans change

You can move your booking to a later departure, and traveller-to-traveller name changes are usually possible. See the booking terms for the exact cut-offs.

How big is the group?

16 maximum, 12 on average, with one trip leader throughout plus local guides.

Is halal food guaranteed on free evenings?

The included meals are halal by contract. For free evenings your leader gives you a shortlist of verified places near the hotel.

Can women travel solo?

Yes. Over half our travellers are women. Same-gender rooming is standard and women-only departures run where there is demand.

Do I need a visa?

It depends on your passport and the destination. We send a checklist with your booking confirmation — we do not process visas for you.

Is travel insurance required?

Yes, on every departure. We ask for proof before the trip starts.
