## Booking and payment

A deposit of USD 300 per person secures your place. The balance is due 60 days before departure. Bookings made inside 60 days of departure are payable in full.

Prices are per person on a twin-share basis and exclude international flights unless the trip is sold as a package. Solo rooms are available on every departure for a supplement.


## If you cancel

More than 60 days before departure: the deposit is retained and everything else is refunded.

Between 60 and 30 days: 50% of the trip price is retained.

Inside 30 days: 100% of the trip price is retained.

This ladder exists because we commit to hotels, guides and internal flights well before the group arrives.


## If we cancel

If we cancel a departure for any reason, you choose between a full refund and moving to another date at no cost. If we change a route materially after you book, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of being told.


## Changes, insurance and documents

The first date change on a booking is free more than 30 days before departure; after that it is treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

Travel insurance is required on every trip. Visas, passports and health requirements are your responsibility — we send a checklist, but we cannot obtain them for you.


## FAQ

**Can I transfer my booking to someone else?**
Usually yes, up to 14 days before departure, as long as the replacement traveller meets the same requirements. Name changes on flights may carry an airline fee.

**What exactly is refunded if I cancel?**
Whatever has not been committed to suppliers on your behalf, according to the ladder above. We tell you the figure in writing before you decide.
